PROJECT DESCRIPTION

• Staged demolition of existing plant through out 
• Supply and install MSSB & BMS
• Supply and install GJ walker AHU’s & Climaveneta rotary scroll air cooled chiller
• Supply and install custom kitchen hoods, exhaust systems & makeup air 
• Supply and install of Custom stainless steel benches & underbars fridges & Class chillers coupled to Bitzer condenser units 
• Supply and install of cook tops (Goldstein) ,ovens (Rational), dishwashers (Washtech) & (Manitowoc) ice machines 
• Design, supply & install keg, kitchen & Bar cool / freezer rooms complete with shelving 
• Supply and install all new Insulated copper pipe work, Valve Trains & Accessories  
• Custom colour coded air diffusion
• Cabling associated with interface of new BMS, AHU’s, Base Build Fans & Chiller
• Working alongside the builders & other trades day by day to keep to a very tight schedule
• Commissioning of project with to local authority & local consultants
