Scope of Works

• We have allowed to supply and install new 27.7kw Actron split Ducted system to trading floor
• Remove 4 existing cassette indoor units on trading floor (Pearl room cassette A/C unit to stay)
• Crane and remove 3 existing outdoor units from roof of building.
• Supply and install new duct work and associated grilles.
• New outdoor unit to be located in easement between buildings at ground level.
• All Refrigeration pipe work as required.
• Condensate safety tray and all insulated drain pipe
• All associated electrical and controls
• Supply and install 3 new Tesonic air curtains to main shop front entrance.
• Test and commission
